prosecute James Clapper for perjury for his false testimony to Congress while discussing NSA spying.

Created by D.B. on August 09, 2013

James Clapper knowingly lied to Congress about whether or not the NSA was actively and intentionally collecting data on American citizens in violation of the 4th amendment. He also lied about the level and depth of the data that is collected.

A baseball player was brought up on perjury charges regarding steriods in a case that had no business even being brought to Congress. However, in one of the most important issues of our time, our government just lets it slide. The US government continually lies to us, ignores the rule of the law when it suites them, and refuses to hold people accountable and to the same standard they would hold any other citizen.
