Prosecute Jane Fonda for her role in the physical abuse and mental torture of captive U.S. Servicemen.

It is well documented fact that during the Vietnam Conflict, Jane Fonda visited the country of North Vietnam. It is also well documented that, Jane Fonda visited U.S. Prisoners of War (POW), accusing them of atrocities against our enemy. During her meeting with select service members she gave messages the prisoners tried to pass to her immediately to their captors. Jane Fonda aided the enemy propoganda effort against the U.S. while a citizen of the U.S. Jane Fonda also directly took part in the psychological torture of American POW's by engaging in anti American Propaganda and accusation of the prisoners at their holding facility in North Vietnam. Jane Fonda's actions were directly responsible for the torture of U.S. military POW's, and lasting mental and physical damage to the same.
