A NSA CIA Special Collection Service case into Iran-soviet relations began in 1980 and persisted through Iran-Contra and later merged with investigations into Iran state sponsored terrorism cases linked to the F Murrah bombing. SCS then in efforts to insure the American people knew about the attacks of 911 planned a prosecution to force knowledge into the executive branch based on the Logan airport concerns of the laden siblings.
