Prosecute KBR and hold them responsible for the deaths caused by them by exposing our Troops in Iraq to toxic powders.

Created by J.C. on January 10, 2013

KBR used toxic powders called Sodium Dichromate which is a deadly carcinogen, on pipes in the Iraq war that they knew were toxic but exposed our troops to them anyway. The Oregon national guard sued for $85 million and won, but now KBR wants American taxpayers to pay the $85 million and the $15 million in legal fees. KBR has an indemnity agreement with the government which means they are absolved from any liability and we must pay for it. These people have the blood of American troops on their hands and they want us, the American citizens, to pay for it.
