Prosecute Lance Armstrong for comiting fraud on the American Public, and receiving public funds from the Postal Service

Lance Armstrong received funds from sponsorship from the U.S. Postal Service under fraudulent circumstances which were public monies. He also used political influence to kill a federal investigation that cost the taxpayers immense amounts of money. Prosecution at best, and re opening the federal investigation at the least is what the American people deserve.
