Lance Armstrong has done a huge disservice to cycling and sports in general with his systematic drug cheating, and alleged drug pushing.
Armstrong cheated whilst receiving sponsorship from the US Postal service, and may have used money from the American People to fund his illegal activities.
It is alleged that Armstrong encouraged his team mates to cheat, and may have supplied them with drugs.
He also fraudulently sued organisations stating that he was clean when he was not.
