Lanny Breuer was grossly negligent and derelict in his duties in failing to bring a single criminal case against a single wall street executive in the aftermath of the financial crisis that resulted from the market crash of 2007.
“Losing sleep at night over worrying about what a lawsuit might result in at a large financial institution.” is not acceptable from a public servant whose sole obligation is to prosecute criminals.
It's not a prosecutors job to worry about the failure of the financial system. It's his job to do his job, serving the public interest as a public servant.
I implore you to prosecute Lanny Breuer to the fullest extent of the law.
