We the people expect the Obama administration to uphold the Constitution of the United States. Erick Holder as A.G. should enforce the laws of the U.S. , not just the laws congruent with the liberal agenda of the administration. There is little doubt that Ms. Lerner has violated several U.S. Statues during her assignment as director of Exempt Organizations Division of the IRS. There are several statutes under Title 18 alone. Section 241, Sec.242, etc.
