Prosecute Lois Lerner for her actions as Director of Exempt Organizations Division of the IRS

Erick Holder and the Obama administration refuse to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States. We the People expect the administration to UPHOLD the Laws. Lerner is guilty of discrimination, occurring at a time in history as to deleteriously effect an election. Her actions were an attempt to silence the opposition to the current administration, using a division of the administration as a weapon. This was done with the full knowledge and support from the Obama Administration.
