Prosecute Media Conglomerates and Similar Cable/Phone/internet providers of violating anti-trust laws.

Created by A.J. on March 23, 2015

ever sense the passage of the telecommunications act of 1996, the mainstream commercial media has been becoming disturbingly owned and bought out by fewer and fewer entities, resulting in a handful of corporate conglomerates controlling virtually the majority of all mass media.

according to the Clayton Act of 1914, companies such as Comcast, time warner, Viacom, Newscorp, and Cox communications are not only guilty of buying out fair competition in a blatant manner.

On top of which, the existing companies don't seem to be actively competing with each other in a convincing manner and they also seem to have almost total monopolies in their respective regions, a form of customer allocation, also a federal offence under the Clayton Act.
