Prosecute Mitt Romney for violating U.S. Codes Title 4 Chapter 1, section 8, part G, and Title 36, section 901, part B.

Mitt Romney proudly wears a U.S. Flag pin on his lapel with a big black dot in it out of disrespect for our President. United States Code says that defacing our flag is against the law. I'd say a big black dot is a clear defacement. According to Title 18 Chapter 33 Section 700 this is a criminal act that can carry a $1000 fine and a year in jail!
