prosecute National Intelligence Director Clapper for perjury for lying to Congress regarding surveillance of Americans.

Created by W.F. on August 17, 2013

Edward Snowden revealed that the Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper, perjured himself when he gave testimony to Congress that the government was not collecting millions of phone and Internet records from ordinary Americans. In fact, Clapper has since admitted that he did not tell the truth. President Obama should promptly order Attorney General Eric Holder to prosecute Clapper for perjury to the fullest extent of the law.
