We request that a naturalized citizen be afforded all appropriate civil rights during his investigation and prosecution. The rights of citizens of the United States protect all citizens, even rapists, pedophiles and murders, and should not be viewed as barriers to the truth or to justice, but instead as tools that assure truth and justice. Dzokhar Tsarnaev should have to face his victims, answer for his crimes, and pay whatever lawful price deemed by our laws and a jury of his peer citizens, up to and including death. No "public safety exeptions," no "enhanced interrogations" that may preclude a civil trial and civil justice. WE WANT OUR TRIAL.
