Prosecute NYPD Deputy Inspector Anthony Bologna for police brutality by using pepper spray on innocent protestors

Created by K.D. on September 28, 2011

The right to assemble and peacefully protest is a basic American right guaranteed under the first amendment of the US constitution. Police officers swear an oath to uphold the US constitution when they become officers. Brutally pepper spraying a crowd full of peaceful protestors is not only a violation of their constitutional and civil rights, but also assault. We recognize that the actions of one police officer does not reflect on them all, and most police do their job vigilantly, appropriately, and with respect to the public. Deputy inspector Bologna has been caught on film abusing his power, undermining the people's confidence in the police, and violating rights. He must be held accountable for his actions
