Amendment II
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
This is directly from the bill of rights this one sentence provides enough evidence to charge and prosecute the Obama administration for treason.
The statement made by our fore fathers above states that a militia is needed if our government attempts to ban our guns they will be hindering out militias to protect us from a tyrannical government. Our politicians must be held for treason for even considering treading upon the second amendment as they have already tread on the first amendment by, law H.R. 347.
I plead to you the American citizens to join the fight against a government taking steps to tread upon the citizens.
