This petition is established for the purpose of determining the culpability of officials in the administration of George W. Bush for the failure to accurately identify the presence of Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq. Due the gross negligence of these officials nearly five thousand Americans were killed, 100,000+ Iraqi citizens have been killed and billions of dollars have been spent to pursue a political folly.
