Prosecute or pardon all members of our government that condoned or engaged in torture of foreign prisoners.

Members of the U.S. government engaged in torture of prisoners in violation of the eighth amendment of our constitution and international treaties. These persons must be called to account for these illegal actions and war crimes. They must either be prosecuted or pardoned for these actions to acknowledge that America does not condone these behaviors and to, hopefully, prevent future government officials from repeating these atrocities.
