to protect the majorities right to peace and quiet under normal circumstances i ask to dis-allow overly loud speakers on places such as mosques that disturb hundreds of thousands of people for the interests of a few. it is not a religious freedom as they did not have loud speakers in the beginning ~ 2000 years ago and as such was not mandated by their profit
