Prosecute the parties responsible for the publication of the names and addresses of pistol permit holders in New York.

Prosecute in Federal Court, the Journal News Media Group, its owners Gannett, Inc. the county offices of Westchester, Rockland, Putnam counties in New York state as well as the state of New York for violating the Privacy Information Act of 1974 and the applicable provisions of the Freedom of Information Act for the release and publication of the names and addresses of pistol permit holders in Westchester, Rockland and Putnam counties in New York state.
