President Obama should be charged with treason. There are many reasons including failure to uphold the Constitution of the United States, Attempting to disarm the Americans, and passing several executive orders that override the constitution of the United States of America. President Obama overrides every section of the constitution, and if he could, would place Martial Law to strip every act of Freedom we have. . A few other reasons include:
1) Attacking Lybia without consulting congress in violation of U.S. Constitution Article 1, Section 8 and U.S. Code Title 50, Chapter 33:1541-1548;
2) Failure to protect our borders and allowing immigrants to come in illegally
3) Attempting to overthrow the US Constitution and violate the freedoms of the Americans.
