Fast and Furious, an illegal gun running sceme, initiated by President Obama and Eric Holder, resulted in the death of a border patrol agent and others.
Both are liable for that murder and the others that are being uncovered.
No one, no matter how high the office, should be allowed to be held less responsible than we the people.
