Prosecute the Roman Catholic Church as a RICO organization

US Attorneys in every state and the FBI have received hundreds of sworn complaints of Roman Catholic priests sexually abusing or otherwise molesting children of both genders. In scores of those cases, Bishops or other officers of the Roman Catholic Church, acting in their official capacity, have collaborated in shielding those priests from prosecution and in moving them to other locations where those priests could and did continue their criminal behavior, thereby becoming accomplices in those crimes. The existing evidence on hand meets RICO statute requirements for designation as a criminal organization. WE REQUEST that the White House designate a Special Prosecutor to proceed against the Roman Catholic Church AS YOU WOULD AGAINST ANY OTHER CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE THAT BEHAVED THIS WAY.
