Demand enforcement of student code of conduct safety policies to remove the bully to DAEP or from campus for one year, Prevent repeated violent assaults to the bully victim. Three days ISS is not working, the bully returns to repeatedly assault the victim. If a student will not follow the non-violent behavior rules, they should not be allowed in school,should receive outside psychological counseling for dysfunctional aggressive behavior. Administrator's not enforcing the removal of violent student's should be fired and prosecuted, as negligent care of a minor. Remove teachers union defense, sovereign immunity and third party protection umbrellas for negligent school administrator's. Protect our children's right to a safe learning environment.
