Prosecute signees petitioning to deny, petitioners for secession, their inalienable right to freedom of speech per BOR

Whereas the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America upholds the right of speech and prohibits the abridgment thereof,
Whereas the First Amendment of the Constitution upholds the right of the people to petition the Government for a redress of grievances and prohibits the abridgement thereof,
it is the duty of the Office of the President of the United States of America to recognize these rights so enumerated and to prosecute those found to have sought to prohibit the free exercise thereof.
