HSBC should not be "too big to prosecute!"
If HSBC employees and resources were in fact involved in supporting drug cartels and terrorists to bypass American security measures for detecting illegal banking activities, those involved need to be prosecuted. Hypothetical worries about people losing their jobs or banks closing are not enough to exempt this company from prosecution for their alleged crimes.
No one should be too big or powerful to prosecute.
