PROSECUTE THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHUTTING DOWN THE GOVERNMENT & ALTERING HOUSE RULE XXII

On Oct 1,2013, U.S. House Representatives, including but not limited to Ted Cruz, Michele Backman, Eric Cantor, Mitch McConnell, and John Boehner committed terrorist acts by conspiring w/others to shut down the Government; to hold the American People hostage under the threat to not pay creditors as a means to express their displeasure over the law “Affordable Healthcare Act” and circumventing the three branch federal system by threatening to not pay global creditors unless the Senate and Executive altered the implementation of ACA. In furtherance of that conspiracy, said terrorists altered House Rule XXII placing the power to prevent or end the shutdown into the hands of one man, or his designee. As a result, untold damage has been incurred and at a cost of more than 24 Billion dollars.
