If Edward Snowden broke the law, he should be punished under the law. However, every one who spied on American citizens without warrants, without probably cause, without the knowledge and consent of the people they were spying on, is a criminal and should be prosecuted along side him.
They violated the constitution, which is the highest law in our country. Most of these people, people like Dick Cheney, have already been cleared of wrong doing. Well, if it's okay for you to have my information, why isn't it okay for me to have yours? And don't say it's so you can protect me.. I never asked you to.
