Wells Fargo recently admitted to spending nearly a decade defrauding the US Government as to the certification of FHA-approved mortgage loans, and the failure to alert the government that existing loans "had material defects or were badly underwritten" (http://www.reuters.com/article/us-wellsfargo-settlement-idUSKCN0X52HK).
Just as no criminal charges were brought against those responsible for the 2008 financial crisis, no criminal charges have yet been filed against those at Wells Fargo who were responsible for defrauding the government out of enough money to SETTLE for $1.2 billion.
However, per the settlement, the Dept. of Justice still has the power to bring charges against those responsible if it so chooses. Mr. Obama, you must choose to prosecute.
