Created by J.H. on May 18, 2012

There have been numerous reported cases of DMCA takedown notice abuse. This cannot be allowed to continue, and those who file false claims must be prosecuted.

From the law - "A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
