Prosecution of any military personnel, veteran, or retiree that has signed any partition to succeed from the Union.

Military personnel are held to a higher standard. Military personnel, who retire from the military, are under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Any active duty or retired person who desires to succeed from the Union should be punished under the UCMJ and have their privileges revoked. Anyone who uses Veterans' benefits should have those revoked. The desire to succeed from the Union, however peaceful, is not acceptable. This union must stand, it must work out it's differences, we are the United States.
