Instruct the Department of Justice to follow federal law regarding the prosecution for treason for the act of sedition as regards State Governors and elected State officials who encourage, support and/or proceed with succession from the United States of America.
A bloody, costly war has already been fought over this issue. Elected State officials should have better sense. The propagation of such ideas for personal gains is treasonous for the following reasons:
1. It encourages general unrest among Americans.
2. It encourages hate group mayhem.
3. It encourages the world community to think Americans are unstable (nuts).
