Medicare is changing. They no longer want to cover prosthetics for people who just want to continue to be productive in their communities. We need signatures, to show the importance of this service. Wheel chairs or standing citizens who walk run and play. This affects our men women children and soldiers. Disability has a choice. Prosthetics to make us whole to provide for our families or wheel chairs leaving us to die a slow depressing existence.
