Protect 2nd Amendment rights of law abiding citizens & prevent policy that will remove assault weapons from them.

We would like to respectfully petition the Obama administration to maintain the 2nd Amendment rights of law abiding gun owners and to prevent the removal of assault weapons from citizens who observe, uphold, and do not break the law. We would also like the Obama administration to focus their gun control efforts on keeping harmful weapons out of the hands of criminals and the mentally disabled. We would like the Obama administration to understand that taking guns from law abiding citizens makes the country more dangerous.
