Overturn Fernandez v. California, U.S. Supreme Court, 12-7822. This case will allow law enforcers to search our homes without a warrant even if an occupant objects and it is a non-emergency. The 4th Amendment guarantees citizens protection against unreasonable searches and seizures. This cases is in violation of our 4th Amendment rights.
