Protect abuse victims who have had their abuser use the criminal justice system as a tool for their abuse.

Many abusers today are using the criminal justice system to further abuse their victims. The courts during the trial period will be given proof of the abuse and ignore it. This is as inhumane as it can get. Abuse victims having gone through this should be cleared of all the charges pressed against them by their abuser and the abuser should be convicted of the same charges they charged their victim with.
