If any driver(s) is in an automobile accident, all parties must provide telephone records. If said driver(s) is found to have been using their phone while driving, they will be liable (full or partial liabiltity) for said accident. And can have their driving license suspended. They must also pay for any and all costs. In order to have their license reinstated, they must attend safety driving classes.
