The fourteenth amendment states that, “No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States ”,“ nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
Protection of rights and liberties shall contain, but not be limited to, all freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution including the right of the people to keep and bear arms without restriction, a woman’s right to choose abortion, and a couples right to marry regardless of sexual orientation.
The United States of America is still a beacon of liberty in a world shrouded in a fog of tyranny, but the light is fading and must be rekindled. Defend all rights equally or forfeit all rights eventually.
