China can deny it all they like. However, it is clear that not only do they manipulate the value of their currency to provide trade advantages, but they also steal technology from and/or force american companies to give up technology as a condition of business inside the country.
It also appears likely that China supports the efforts of hackers to commit acts of cyber-terrorism against US agencies, companies and organizations in order to cause damage and steal data.
We must "speak softly and carry a big stick" in order to avoid being cheated by our Asian rival.
Threaten them with economic sanctions, tariffs or any non-military means necessary to force them to conduct trade with integrity.
