Protect American citizens and our allies from North Korea.

Recognize that threats and sanctions are not working to prevent North Korea from becoming a nuclear threat. Congress needs to act now to protect American citizens and her allies. North Korea has verbally and physicaly threatened the USA for years and continues to do so despite our countless warnings and offers of peacefull resolutions. Our allies have asked for our help to resolve this major issue and we have tried the peaceful path to do so. It is not working and the USA needs to declare war on North Korea and take military action now before North Korea has the capability to do major damage to us and our allies.
