Protect American citizens' legal properties in China, when violated by the Communist China. No protection, no taxation.

Created by S.F. on November 05, 2014

My inherited property in the P.R. China has been violated by the Chinese government. They dug 10-meter, 40-meter wide and long base for a 23-story building, 6 meters away from my house, which has put my house in danger of being collapsed, and will totally block my house from receiving any sunshine. I petitioned to each level of Chinese government by expressed mails and hundreds of phone calls, but none of them responded my petition. I asked Department of State for help, Bureau of Consular Affairs told me that the American government only protect its people's life, not their property overseas. If there is no protection, no taxation of American citizens' properties overseas. The US government should change its international laws for not protecting American citizens' properties overseas.
