When companies outsource the American jobs or Layoff American worker and replaced them with H1B visa holders, they should be penalized. Penalties should be denying them future H1B visa allotment, import tax on products they ship to US, and denying them government contracts. We are the largest economy in the world, and should be protecting the American jobs.
