The current tax law allows US Companies to deduct the cost of foreign labor costs against US Taxable Income.
This petitions congress to eliminate the tax deduction of labor costs incurred in foreign countries by US Companies, charged to US Companies from foreign affiliates, or invoiced to US Companies by 3rd Parties, whether registered in the US or Foreign Countries.
While this change in tax law will not prevent Offshoring of American Jobs, it will increase the cost of the foreign labor by denying a tax deduction for the Offshored labor and will result in fewer jobs being moved out of the US.
