We the people petition the Government of the United States to enact laws in protection of the American people and the struggling American economy as a whole aboloshing all practices associated with "Oil or Petroleum Speculation" which artifically inflates the price of oil futures to the financial detriment of the American people and economy.
Furthermore, we the people petition the Government of the United Stated to repeal any and all oil deregulation laws and policies that have led to the wide spread greed, excessive profiteering, and price gouging currently afflicting the American people and American economy.
Furthermore, we petition the US Government to investigate any acts of possible collusion among the oil monopolies that have suppressed the American people and economy for too long.
