Protect American workers from abuse of the H-1B visa program and prosecute companies who misuse the visa program.

Weathy corporations like Disney are abusing the H-1B visa program, using it to fire American workers from their jobs and replacing them with lower paid foreign workers. Our government should be protecting American workers (the real "makers" in our economy), not enabling greedy corporations to exploit well-intended laws at the expense of our economy and the well being of 99% of the American people. The entire H-1B program should be re-evaluated and re-written with stronger protections for American workers and severe consequences for corporations who violate the law.
