Random violence in our schools has reached intolerable levels. Federal firearms legislation has never been effective in curtailing firearms violence. As such, the petitioners herein request the creation of an interventional force to stop the violence. These federal officers shall be placed in our schools with the sole mandate to stop violenet acts. These highly trained and well-armed officers shall report to The Department of Homeland Security and shall be called Education Marshalls(EM's). EM's will monitor school grounds and classrooms. They shall be granted the authority to intervene, with deadly force when needed, to stop violence in our schools. Education Marshalls, like their Air Marshall counterparts will remain anonymous to the general public and students.
