Over regulation of firearms will greatly affect the law abiding citizens, while criminals will still have access to as much firepower as they can afford. It is rare to see a legally purchased gun used in a malicious way (by the purchaser or with te purchasers consent).
Federal open carry and better mental health care is the solution to what many feel is a very serious problem. We need to abolish the proposed "Obama gun ban list."
