Please use your Executive Powers and force online data scrappers and databases to cease and desist. These data thieves are scrapping information from various online resources and stitching them together for the purpose of sale. They are destroying lives and businesses. Please put a stop to this by outlawing the ability of data thieves from piercing through government and non-government websites. Outlaw the sale of contact information as well. These websites then sell data and or charge consumers to suppress or remove it. They are all scams!
