Protect and defend the right to due process of law and the right to completion of the court process for Federal employee

Created by J.N. on September 11, 2015

As a veteran and former federal employee, I have seen the unfair treatment of Federal employees when accusations are made against them, especially in divorce related issues. The administration should guarantee that all employees are entitled to due process and when/if the cases/accusations result in no convictions than the employee should be reinstated to employment and/or specially designated such to receive special consideration for acquiring a similar or acceptable position elsewhere in the Federal government. Current processes immediately terminate the employee without due process entitlement. The federal government should not use State charges to terminate an employee unless that charge results in a legal conviction. The process needs protection until the process is complete.
