I think it's time we protect boys from non-consensual, medically unnecessary circumcision. Most genital cutting occurs for religious and aesthetic reasons, not out of a medical necessity such as cancer removal.
As we should respect the Freedom to exercise religion, that freedom should not impede upon the freedom of choice of boys to choose whether they want this surgery done at the age of consent.
According to recent findings from the British Journal of Urology International, the genital cutting of boys reduces sexual pleasure by as much as 75% and raised their chances of getting erectile dysfunction fourfold. This radically limits their human experience as nature intended.
The foreskin is a perfectly healthy sexual body part and it belongs to the individual, no one else.
