Protect the captive consumers from verizon wireless wanting to limit speed to the 3G and 4G add they are planning on do

Verizon wireless planning on slowing speeds to 4G customers with unlimited plans on the 4G network starting October 2014. Those affected use more than 4.5GB. We are a captive consumer and Verizon bought spectrum from the US for used in 4G LTE network. Verizon Wireless needs to honor their commitment and unlimited plans for those still paying for it.
